I hope this week has been treating you well. I had a nostalgic moment recently while sorting through some old stuff—I stumbled upon a box filled with small letters. To my surprise, I found my budgeting notes from 12 years ago. These notes took me back to when I first started saving money because I wasn't satisfied with my financial situation. I had to buy most things for myself, except for food, clothing, and shelter, by myself. Back then, I felt unhappy cause I had less then other kids, but looking back now, I realize it was the best thing that could have happened to me. It made me HUNGRY for success!
I even found a photo of how I budgeted when I was just 14 years old. It was a simple process, but it laid the foundation for my financial discipline.
